Investing in workforce health isn't just the right thing to do — it's the smartest business decision you can make. Here's why leading employers are prioritizing clinical health programs.
Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts posted a $400M operating loss in 2024 — GLP-1 drugs alone drove $300M of that, representing 20% of total pharmacy costs. Managed programs like ours prevent this.
Source: Pearson et al., J Comp Eff Res, 2025
Two-thirds of large employers (17.1M employees) now cover GLP-1 medications, with another 19% considering it. If you don’t offer it, your competitors do.

Connecticut’s state employee carve-out program achieved 10% average weight loss — 12% for GLP-1 users — with 50% of patients managed on lower-cost alternatives.
Source: Flyte Health / CT State, 2025
Employer carve-out programs report a 3-to-1 ROI on clinical health investments. Managed programs reduce claims, absenteeism, and presenteeism simultaneously.
Source: Pearson et al., J Comp Eff Res, 2025
Clinical programs with step therapy manage half of patients on lower-cost medications — phentermine/topiramate at $1,465/yr vs. $9,000+ for GLP-1s — delivering results at a fraction of the cost.
Source: Pearson et al., J Comp Eff Res, 2025
U.S. GLP-1 spending could exceed $100 billion annually within 5 years. Without managed programs, employer costs quadruple — Colorado’s state plan saw exactly that from 2023 to 2024.

The average employer sees 3–6x return on every dollar invested in clinical health programs.

We offer four program categories: (1) Individualized Weight Loss with compounded GLP-1/GIP, (2) Brand-Name Weight Loss with Wegovy/Ozempic/Zepbound/Mounjaro only, (3) Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), (4) Female Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for menopause/perimenopause, and (5) Anti-Aging & Longevity. All are clinically supervised and delivered via telemedicine.
For programs requiring labs (TRT, Female HRT), we ship screening kits directly to enrolled employees. They complete at-home blood collection guided by a live certified proctor via telehealth. Results are clinically reviewed, and eligible employees receive their prescription. Weight loss and longevity programs typically don't require labs.
Individualized WL uses compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide with three titration tracks (Alternative, Rapid, Twice-Weekly) and symptom-targeted additives for personalization. Brand-Name WL uses only FDA-approved brand medications (Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro) with strict eligibility — no compounded products. Both include safety screening and ongoing follow-ups.
TRT: Testosterone Lotion (2-20mg/ml), Testosterone Lotion 5-10%, and Testosterone Cypionate injections — all requiring mandatory low-T lab confirmation. Female HRT: Estrogen therapy (Estrogel, Divigel, Vivelle-Dot patches, oral Estrace, Evamist spray), Progesterone (Prometrium, Provera, Norethindrone), and Vaginal Estrogen for genitourinary symptoms. Female HRT does not include controlled substances like testosterone.
We offer flexible cost models: fully employer-subsidized, partially subsidized (cost-sharing), or employee-paid. We can also integrate with your existing PBM (like CVS Caremark). Contact our team for custom pricing based on your workforce size, selected programs, and coverage model.
